Collector Glossary

Build-A-Bear fans and collectors tend to use specialised terms when discussing the brand and its many products.

Terms

• BAB - Build-A-Bear. Can either refer to the retailer itself, or its bears.
• BNWT - "Brand New With Tags"
• BST - "Buy Sell Trade." Used by fans to indicate said activities.
• Custom - A customized Build-A-Bear plush.
• DISO - "Dream In Search Of."
• ISO - "In Search Of"
• OOAK - "One Of A Kind."
• Release- A new Build-A-Bear product, most commonly used for new bears.
• Scent - Short for SCENTiments.
• WTB - "Want To Buy."
• WTT - "Want To Trade."
