Helzberg Diamonds I Am Loved Bear (2023) is the fourth bear in the Helzberg Diamonds I Am Loved Collection. As with all previous bears in this collection, it was exclusive to Helzberg Diamonds stores and webstore, and could only be purchased in a bundle with clothes (in 2023's case, a hat and sweater) and an accessory that could hold jewelry (in 2023's case, a backpack).

The gift that gives back. The Limited Edition I Am Loved® Bear, designed by Wish Kid Elaina, was created in partnership with fellow Make-A-Wish® supporter, Build-A-Bear®. $7 from the sale of each bear is donated to Make-A-Wish® to help transform the lives of children with critical illness.[2]
