Vanilla Fudge Bunny II was first introduced in 2011. It is an updated version of 2005's Vanilla Fudge Bunny, and is not part of any collections.

- Though Vanilla Fudge Bunny II seems to have been released in Spring 2012 in most of its markets (early 2012 in the northern hemisphere or late 2012 in the southern hemisphere), it was available as early as late 2011 in some, like Thailand.[8][10]
- Vanilla Fudge Bunny II was exclusive to franchise countries; countries with company-operated stores instead released Vanilla Cream Bunny.[citation needed]
- In the collecting community, Vanilla Fudge Bunny II is often known as "Australian Fudge Bunny," after the most accessible market it was available in.
- Because Vanilla Fudge Bunny II originally released prior to 2014, most do not have the "BAB" paw patch and instead have the yellow hip tag; however, in markets where it was restocked through 2014 or 2015, some bunnies have the patch.[citation needed]
- Lookalikes:
- Vanilla Fudge Bunny: Unlike its predecessor, Vanilla Fudge Bunny II has solid-colored fur and uses a short minky style fur fabric for its tummy and foot pads.
- Vanilla Cream Bunny: This bunny is missing the strip of long fur on its nose bridge that both Vanilla Fudge Bunny II and Vanilla Fudge Bunny feature.
